Big O Tires

A little disorganized on repairing a flat and how to handle it. Very nice employees!!! Work done timely manner and performed without issue. However, with any Big O , as always be prepared to pay double for repair work/ new tires that other retailers charge.

They were Great. Husband went in & got me 4 new tires (buy 3 get 1 free) & they took him right in & done in about 45 mins. The guy even put a new clip on my hub cap without us even asking for it. TYSM Big O

I had a first ever problem with my brakes after installation. Joe at Big O made it right. I will continue to bring in my business because even though a mistake was made they handled it and made it important to keep my business. A rare attribute these days. Thanks Big O Tires!

Terrible customer service i called for a diagnostic and the guy didnt even care to ask my name Or why i was there just cut me off mid sentence and asked if i could wait, waited 30 minutes with no acknowledgment so i stormed out . Would not recommend this big O
